Bearings & Components, Inc. was founded in 1996 after Jerry Martinez spent 20 years building his career in the bearing industry, progressing from warehouse and delivery operations to branch management.
When the Miami branch of the national company he worked for closed, Jerry and Maggie Martinez decided to build something of their own. BCI developed around product knowledge, responsive service and strong customer relationships.
